2023 TCWSE Annual Conference

Although we all agree that educating students is our top priority, there is still the challenge of overcoming tremendous obstacles to addressing the unique needs of students, closing gaps, and politics. Thus it is crucial that educational leaders are able to recognize and overcome the pitfalls that can and will lead to burnout. We will address managing the business of education, stress, and personal wellness strategies that leaders can use to minimize the direct impacts of those demands.
